This set of 4 square MDF coasters with cork backing features a vintage philatelic and travel theme. The artwork captures the nostalgic charm of antique correspondence, layering aged cream and light seafoam green backgrounds with overlapping elements of historical mail.
The four distinct designs include:
- First Coaster (Universal Postal Union): Features overlapping postcard snippets, including a seafoam green card addressed to a "Mr. Max Joachim" The design is layered with bold black circular postmarks from Leipzig and Boulogne-Sur-Mer, along with a green stamp in the upper left corner
