From design to durable art
Once printed, the design is carefully applied to an aluminium blank. This step requires a steady hand and an eye for detail, ensuring perfect alignment. It's this careful preparation that guarantees a flawless finish every time.
Permanence through heat
The final, magical step involves the heat press. Here, the design and the aluminium blank are brought together, and the heat activates the ink, transferring it permanently onto the blank. This ensures a durable, long-lasting finish that resists fading and wear, creating a truly unique and personalised product.
